What Information Is Needed for a FOTON Truck Export Quotation?
Send your destination, vehicle application, quantity, load or seating requirement, body needs and target delivery timing. Include a contact channel for follow-up. You do not need to know the exact model yet; clearly stated unknowns are more useful than an assumed specification.

If you know the model, still describe the job
A model family can include different versions. For AUMARK S, separate the goods to be carried from body and equipment weight. For AUMAN, say whether you are seeking a tractor unit or a truck with a mounted body, and identify the trailer or body it must work with.
- Mark each requirement as essential, preferred or still open.
- Specify units: kilograms or tonnes, millimetres or metres.
- Separate the required arrival date from an assumed production or shipping time.
- Ask for written confirmation of market availability; an enquiry is not a stock reservation.

What to check when a quotation arrives
Match the response against your brief. Ask the supplier to identify the exact configuration, outstanding questions, included and excluded costs, currency, validity and delivery assumptions. If trade terms are used, ask for the rule, edition and named place or port to be stated clearly.
